“The lady was so rude to my cousin just because she didn't like her nail color and wanted to change it after she had already paid. She went on and on being so rude. I have never in all my days had such a rude experience at any business. I have been a customer for years and have always loved the service and quality, but I will never be back. I would give zero stars if that were an option.”
