Policies: Cancellations made within the 12hr time frame of your appointment will be charged 50% of service total. Same-Day Reschedules will be charged 50%. No call-No shows will be charged 100%. Services: If you book for more than one service and decide to cancel one the day of the appointment, you'll be charged 50% of the total of that service. (This includes ALL services over 30 minutes, including nail art.) Tardiness: You have a 15 minute grace period from the time your appointment begins. After that, appointment will be cancelled and charged a 100% no-show fee. Refunds: No refunds. If you are not happy with your service results, I will gladly fix it at no extra cost within a 1-week window. No exceptions.
